ITSelecta IT Recruitment was tasked with recruiting three .NET developers and four full-stack developers to build a team of developers responsible for building the website.

Despite the tough conditions dictated by the special experience requirements, ITSelecta provided the client with 50 resumes per application. As many as 80% of them were a perfect match against the requirements given by the client.

The process began with the delivery of business requirements and soft skills, preparation of the job advertisement and its approval by the client, selection of candidates by ITSelecta and providing the client with a short list of professionally matched candidates. The delivered items were always in line with expectations, which accelerated the pace of the project. The process ended with the selection of 5-10 candidates from the list, who were interviewed. The organization of the process was completely on ITSelecta’s side.
